Q: How do I create an account?
A: You must visit your local library to create an account. You cannot create an account online or through the app.
Q: I get an error “User login failed” when trying to login. Help!
A: Please make sure you have typed your username and password correctly, with no spaces. Try to login through the web site to verify that your account information is correct. If it is not, we cannot help; please visit your local library.
Q: How do I report an issue?
A: Send email to kenstir.apps@gmail.com . Please include a screenshot, and a description of what you were trying to do at the time.
