Push Notifications Setup Guide

Introduction

The Hemlock app can receive Push Notifications sent from an Evergreen Action Trigger using Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Setup involves the following steps (and the following people):

• Set up the Firebase project (Mobile App Admin)
• Configure the Hemlock app (Mobile App Developer)
• Install the hemlock-sendmsg daemon (Evergreen System Admin)
• Configure Evergreen Action Triggers (Evergreen Admin)
